
These two characters make their re-appearance to the big screen this week (hooray!, if you're a kid)
But my beef for the week is this: Try to tell me how this works out:
Alice in Wonderland was only in theaters for 3 months and it grossed $1,017,220,165
The Dark Knight (by far a better movie) was out for twice as long-6 months-and came up with only $1,001,921,825
Was it that more kids came to see Alice? Ticket prices went up again in the two years? Alice was in more theaters? One was bootlegged more? What?
whatever...
I don't get people ... or movies nowadays ...
